Jo-Anne Chaplin is a qualified Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with over 20 years experience in the Public Practice.
The many years of assisting individual and small business clients with their income tax and financial affairs has led to many long term client relationships.
The Firms’ basic philosophy is to take the time to help the client understand their position, and assist in the implementation of procedures and processes which will allow them to concentrate on their business more than the paperwork.
To do this we encourage clients to make contact whenever they have a query, rather than wait until the annual, or bi-annual interviews. Jo-Anne holds Practising Certificates from the Institute of Public Accountants and the National Tax & Accountants Association.
Both Associations are well respected within the industry and place a high standard on the quality of work done by Members, together with mandatory Professional Development and Quality Assurance responsibilities.
